Service Description: We offer job ad posting distribution, manual resume search, and collecting applications with resumes aimed at connecting employers with potential candidates through various job board platforms.
Job Ad Distribution:
- We create and post detailed job advertisements on selected job board sites based on your specified requirements.
- We provide links to each job posting for your reference.
Resume Search:
- We utilize resume databases and applicant tracking systems to identify potential candidates matching your job criteria.
- We present a curated list of candidate profiles that matches your requirements.
Applications Collecting:
- We utilize applicant tracking systems to identify potential candidates matching your job criteria.
- We present a curated list of candidate application profile along side their resumes that matches your requirements.
Client Responsibilities:
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate job ad details and ensuring completeness of requirements.
- Clients must promptly review candidate profiles and take necessary steps for recruitment.
Fees and Payments:
- Fees for our services are a fixed price of $349.99 + tax for the job ad distributing to job boards, resume candidate search, and taking applications from qualifying candidates.
- Payment terms are specified upon engagement and are non-refundable once services are rendered.
Limitation of Liability:
- While we strive for accuracy and efficiency, we do not guarantee the suitability or availability of candidates.
- We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of our services or reliance on candidate information.
Unqualified Candidates Collection:
- All unqualified candidates data will be stored for 90 days in a secured location. After 90 days the candidates data will be deleted.
- Unqualified candidates in which we stored will be reviewed and filtered for another potential employer.
Termination:
- Either party may terminate the agreement with prior notice.
- Termination does not absolve the client of payment obligations for services already rendered.
Governing Law:
These terms are governed by the laws of United Sates, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
Refund Policy
Non-Performance:
In the event that job ad postings or resume searches cannot be completed due to technical issues or platform limitations, a partial refund may be considered.
Client Initiated Cancellations:
Once job ad distribution and/or resume search services have commenced, refunds are not provided.
Service Discontinuation:
We reserve the right to discontinue services if clients fail to comply with payment terms or breach service agreements.
Refund Requests:
Clients must submit refund requests in writing within 3 business days of service issue, detailing the reasons for the request.
Refund Processing:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days of approval, via the original method of payment.

We comply with data protection laws when handling candidate information and client data.
Fair Hiring Practices:
Clients are responsible for ensuring fair and lawful hiring practices, including non-discrimination and adherence to labor laws.
Indemnification:
Clients indemnify us against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from their failure to comply with employment laws, and any other legal matters.
